Orlando is amazing. I won’t use any other contractor for flooring or bathrooms. He works on one job at a time and gets it done quickly. He did my full bath demo and reno in 8 days- and that included knocking down walls and raising ceilings. He has also done my spare bathroom, my bedroom and closet floors, and another bedroom floor. His work is always done correctly and with precision. Orlando is a keeper. A neighbor recommended Orlando a couple of years ago after another contractor botched my bathroom. Fast forward to today, and he has redone all three of my bathrooms. My only complaint is that I don’t have another bathroom for him. He shows up when he says he will, starts when promised, and finishes on time. He gave me a fair price, worked fast, and stayed on my job until it was done. He also provided an itemized list of materials he needed, along with a clear list of what I had to pick out.
